How much is a limo or car service to Atlanta airport?

Where does my chauffeur meet me at Hartsfield-Jackson?
You choose when you book. With meet-and-greet, the chauffeur waits inside at baggage claim with a name sign. With curbside pickup, the chauffeur meets you at the airport’s pickup area for pre-arranged rides. Either way, the exact meeting point and the chauffeur’s contact details are sent before you land.
Do you pick up at private airports around Atlanta?
Yes. Besides Hartsfield-Jackson, we meet private and charter flights at DeKalb-Peachtree (PDK), Fulton County–Brown Field (FTY), Gwinnett County–Briscoe Field (LZU), Cobb County–McCollum Field (RYY) and Atlanta Regional–Falcon Field (FFC). Put the FBO name and tail number on the booking and the chauffeur waits there.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Airport pickups are scheduled against your flight number, so a delay or an early arrival moves the pickup with it. The wait time included after landing is stated on your quote.
Is this a shared airport shuttle?
No. Every ride is private and door to door: the vehicle carries only your party, from your address straight to the terminal or back. For groups, a Sprinter or mini bus works as a private shuttle for your team, family or wedding guests.
How early should the car pick me up for my flight?
Airlines generally ask you to be at the airport about two hours before a domestic flight and three hours before an international one. We set the pickup time from that, your terminal and the drive from your address at that time of day, and confirm it on the reservation.
Do you offer car service to Atlanta airport from the suburbs?

For airport rides and weekday corporate trips a few days is usually enough. For prom, homecoming, weddings and Saturday nights in spring or fall, book several weeks ahead; stretch SUVs and party buses are reserved first on those dates.
How many people fit in each vehicle?
A luxury sedan seats up to 3, an executive SUV up to 6, a stretch limousine about 8 to 10, a Sprinter 10 to 14, a stretch SUV limousine about 14 to 18, a mini bus about 20 to 30 and a party bus roughly 20 to 40. Luggage takes space too, so tell us the bag count for airport rides.
Is gratuity included in the price?
Gratuity is listed as its own line on the quote, so you see the full total before you book. Any extra tip on the day is up to you.
Can we drink alcohol in the limo?
The alcohol policy depends on the vehicle and is written on your quote. No alcohol is permitted on prom, homecoming or any trip with riders under 21.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms depend on the vehicle and the date, and they are written on your quote before you confirm. Peak dates such as prom weekends and New Year’s Eve usually have longer notice periods.

What if my flight lands early or late?
The pickup is tied to your flight number, so it moves with the actual arrival. You do not need to call to reschedule.
How long will the chauffeur wait after I land?
The wait time included after landing is stated on your quote. Extra wait time, for example for international arrivals, can be added.
Where do I meet my driver at Atlanta airport?
With meet-and-greet, inside at baggage claim. With curbside pickup, at the airport’s pickup area for pre-arranged rides. The chauffeur confirms the exact spot by message.
How much is a car service from the airport to Buckhead or Midtown?

Weddings
How far in advance should we book a wedding limo in Atlanta?
For Saturdays in spring and fall, book several months ahead if you can. Stretch limousines and stretch SUVs are reserved first on peak wedding dates.
Is wedding limo service priced by the hour?

Can the limo wait during the ceremony?
Yes. The chauffeur waits through the ceremony and then takes you to photos and the reception.
Prom and homecoming
How much does it cost to rent a limo for prom?
It depends on the vehicle, the number of hours and the date. Prom weekends have a minimum number of hours. Your quote lists every charge, and many groups split the total per student.
Is alcohol allowed in a prom limo?
No. Alcohol, smoking and vaping are not allowed on prom, homecoming or any trip with riders under 21.
Who is the contact for a prom booking?
A parent or guardian is named on the reservation, approves the plan and is the contact for any changes.
Corporate travel
Can we set up a corporate account?
Ask when you request a quote. Billing to a company account and invoicing are arranged with the coordinator for regular corporate clients.
Do you handle conference shuttles?
Yes. We plan shuttle loops between hotels and venues, attendee airport transfers and evening event transportation, using Sprinters and mini buses.
Can an assistant book rides for executives?
Yes. Bookings can be made by email for one or several passengers, with each traveler’s name, phone and flight on the reservation.
Concerts, games and events
Where will the car pick us up after the concert?
At a pickup point agreed before the event, based on the venue’s rules for that date. The chauffeur sends the exact location before the show ends.
Does the chauffeur wait during the event?
Yes. Event bookings include wait time, which is stated on your quote.
Can we stop for dinner before the show?
Yes. Add the restaurant to the plan and it becomes part of the booking.
