How a FFC limo pickup works
A limousine at a private airport is planned around the FBO where your aircraft parks. Send the tail number, the estimated arrival time and the FBO name with the passenger and bag counts; the pickup follows the actual arrival, and you receive the chauffeur’s details before you land.
Each FBO sets its own rules for where vehicles may wait and whether they may approach the aircraft. The chauffeur follows those rules, usually waiting at the FBO entrance or in the lobby with a name sign. If you would like the limousine to meet the aircraft planeside, ask your FBO whether that is allowed and tell us when you book.
Luggage and limousines: plan it before you land
Stretch limousines are built for passengers, not suitcases. The trunk of a stretch sedan limo holds far less than its seat count suggests, and a stretch SUV is only a little better. For an airport pickup, that matters more than anywhere else.
When the group has checked bags, we usually recommend one of three set-ups: a limo-style Sprinter, which has lounge seating and a luggage area; a stretch limousine for the people with an executive SUV following with the bags; or a limousine for the celebration ride and a separate FFC airport car service transfer for the luggage straight to the hotel.
