College transport services we provide
These college transportation services run year-round, not only at the start and end of term.
Airport transfers for students
Rides between campus and Hartsfield-Jackson at the start and end of term and at holidays. Groups of students on similar flights can share a private airport shuttle.
Campus visits for families
A day with a chauffeur to visit several campuses, with the car waiting during tours. Booked as hourly chauffeur service.
Team and club travel
Club sports, debate teams and student organizations traveling to tournaments and events in the metro and around Georgia.
Student events
Formals, galas and graduation celebrations, with the same no-alcohol rules for riders under 21 that apply to prom.
Student shuttle service for groups
For departments, admissions offices and student organizations, we plan scheduled shuttle loops: between campus and a conference venue, between hotels and campus during visit weekends, or between campus and the airport on move-out day. A mini bus seats about 20 to 30; a Sprinter 10 to 14.
Our university group transportation in Atlanta and school transportation in Atlanta run on the same rules: professional chauffeurs, written schedules and a named contact for every trip.
Atlanta to Athens and other campuses
Long-distance rides from Atlanta or Hartsfield-Jackson to Athens and other Georgia campuses are quoted as a flat price, one way or round trip. See black car service for individual rides and group transportation for larger groups.
Atlanta-area campuses we serve
Our college transport covers campuses across the metro and beyond. Distances to Hartsfield-Jackson matter most at the start and end of term.

Campus visit days for prospective students
Families visiting several campuses in one trip often book a chauffeur for the day. A typical plan covers two or three schools: an information session and tour at each, lunch between them, and the airport at the end of the day. The car waits during each tour, so there is no searching for visitor parking.
Send the tour times and the campuses, and we build the timing between them. See hourly chauffeur service for how hourly bookings work.
For parents: booking a ride for your student
- Book and pay as the parent; the student is the passenger
- The confirmation and the chauffeur’s details go to both of you
- Flight tracking on airport rides, so a delay needs no phone call
- Room for the real luggage at the start and end of term
- The receipt comes to the parent
Graduation and family weekends
Commencement weekends fill hotels and campus parking at the same time. Families book an executive SUV or a Sprinter for the ceremony, the celebration dinner and the airport, with the timing built around the ceremony schedule. Book early; graduation dates are the same for every family.
International students arriving in Atlanta
Students arriving from abroad may not have a US phone number yet. With meet-and-greet, the chauffeur waits inside at the International Terminal with a name sign, helps with the bags and drives straight to campus or temporary housing. Parents receive a message when the student is in the car.
Rules for student and school trips
- A named faculty, staff or parent contact on every group booking
- No alcohol on any trip with riders under 21
- Seat count matched to the passenger list
- Pickup and return times written on the quote
Team and club travel around Georgia
Club teams, debate squads, choirs and student organizations travel to tournaments and events across the state: Athens, Macon, Columbus, Savannah and Augusta, as well as neighboring states. A Sprinter carries the team and its equipment, and the trip is quoted as one plan, including overnight stays when the chauffeur stays with the group.
Holiday breaks and the airport rush
Thanksgiving, winter break and spring break send thousands of students to Hartsfield-Jackson on the same days. Rides fill early, and rideshare prices rise. Students on similar flights can share a private airport shuttle, which splits the cost and keeps everyone on time.
Move-in and move-out days
Move-in and move-out days bring heavy traffic and limited parking to every campus. A booked vehicle with a chauffeur saves the family from renting a car, and an executive SUV or Sprinter carries both people and boxes. For the trip home at the end of term, students on similar flights can share one ride to Hartsfield-Jackson.
Check the campus move-in schedule and loading-zone rules before you book; we plan the arrival time around your assigned slot.
Planning a student group trip
Student groups follow the same rules as all trips with riders under 21: no alcohol on board.
- A named faculty, staff or parent contact for the booking
- Passenger list and pickup point on campus
- Event address and timing
- Return time and drop-off point
