Limousine service for the Masters: Atlanta to Augusta
Augusta is about 150 miles east of Atlanta on I-20, roughly two and a half hours by road without heavy traffic. Many visitors fly into Hartsfield-Jackson for the wider choice of flights and ride the rest of the way. We meet you at baggage claim, load the golf bags and drive straight to your rental house or hotel.

Whether you need a Masters limo in Augusta, a car service to the Augusta Masters from Hartsfield-Jackson or an airport limo for the Masters with room for golf bags, every option is quoted as one plan. Couples and small groups often book a car service for the Masters in a sedan or SUV; larger groups choose limo service for the Masters in a Sprinter.
The Masters transportation in Augusta: daily rides to the course
During the tournament, traffic around the course on Washington Road is heavy and parking fills early. A booked car drops you off and picks you up at a point agreed for the day, with the chauffeur staying in Augusta for the length of your stay if you book a multi-day package.
- Morning drop-offs before the gates open
- Return pickups at a time you choose
- Dinner reservations in Augusta in the evening
- Airport runs at the end of the week
Masters golf tournament transportation services for corporate groups
Companies hosting clients during Masters week book Mercedes Sprinters and executive SUVs for the whole week, moving guests between rental houses, the course and evening events. One coordinator handles the schedule; see corporate transportation.

Fly into Atlanta or Augusta for the Masters?
Many visitors fly into Atlanta and book a limousine service for the Masters for the drive to Augusta. A Sprinter for a group of golfers costs one price for the vehicle, which often compares well with several rental cars and the parking at the course.
| Airport | Distance to Augusta | Things to know |
|---|---|---|
| Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta (ATL) | About 150 miles | The widest choice of nonstop flights; about two and a half hours by road |
| Augusta Regional (AGS) | In Augusta | Closest, with fewer flights and high demand during Masters week |
| Columbia Metropolitan (CAE), South Carolina | About 70 miles | Another option when Augusta flights are full |
| Private aviation | Augusta-area FBOs | Book the FBO pickup with your other transfers |
Where Masters visitors stay, and why it matters
Hotels fill quickly, and many groups rent houses across the area: Augusta, Evans and Martinez in Georgia, and North Augusta and Aiken across the river in South Carolina. Some stay further out, around Lake Oconee or even in Atlanta. The further away you stay, the earlier the morning pickup needs to be, so tell us the address when you book and we plan each day’s timing from it.
Course-day logistics: agree the pickup before you go in
Mobile phones are not allowed on the course at Augusta National, so you cannot call or message the chauffeur from inside the gates. That changes how course days work: the pickup time and place are agreed before you are dropped off, and the chauffeur is there at that time.
If your plans might change, agree a second pickup time as a backup. Groups that want flexibility often book a vehicle for the whole day, with the chauffeur waiting at the agreed point.
What a Masters week package includes
- The arrival transfer from Atlanta, Hartsfield-Jackson or the Augusta airports
- Daily drop-offs and pickups at the course at the times you choose
- Evening dinners and events in Augusta
- Golf rounds at other courses during the week, with room for the clubs
- The departure transfer at the end of the week
- One chauffeur and one coordinator for the whole stay where possible
Golf trips beyond the Masters
The same service runs for other golf weeks: the TOUR Championship at East Lake Golf Club in Atlanta in late summer, golf weekends at Lake Oconee, and group trips to courses across Georgia. Send the courses, the tee times and the number of golf bags, and we quote the trip as one plan.
What to leave in the car on course days
Because phones are not allowed on the course, most visitors leave them in the vehicle along with anything else they do not need inside. The chauffeur keeps the vehicle locked and is waiting at the agreed time. Check the tournament’s current rules on bags, chairs and other items before you go, as they are set by the club.
Planning Masters week transportation
Augusta Regional Airport is closer to the course but has far fewer flights than Hartsfield-Jackson, and fares into Augusta can climb during Masters week. Many visitors fly into Atlanta and book the drive, especially groups who would otherwise rent several cars.
- Book transportation as soon as your tickets and accommodation are confirmed
- Send flight details for the arrival and departure in Atlanta or Augusta
- Tell us the number of golf bags if you are playing during the trip
- List daily plans: course days, practice rounds, dinners and golf elsewhere
