These terms apply to your use of this website and to quote requests sent through it.

Quotes and reservations

A quote request is not a reservation. A trip is reserved only after you approve a written quote. The vehicle, time reserved, price, deposit, gratuity, fees and cancellation terms for your trip are the ones written on that quote and confirmation.

Passenger conduct

Passengers must follow the chauffeur’s safety instructions and applicable law. No alcohol is permitted on any trip with passengers under 21. Damage to a vehicle, excessive cleaning and illegal activity may result in extra charges or an end to the trip.

Delays outside our control

Traffic, weather, road closures, event-day restrictions and similar events can affect timing. We plan pickup times around expected conditions but cannot be responsible for delays outside our control.
